We all know that there are 7 continents in the world. Of these,
Asia is the largest and most populous continent in the world, while Australia
(also called Oceania) is the smallest and least populated continent. Africa is
the continent of the world with the highest number of 54 countries, while South
America has the lowest number of countries. There are 12 countries in Africa.
In terms of continental distribution, there are 54 countries in Africa, 48 in
Asia, 44 in Europe, 23 in North America, 14 in Australia (Oceania) and 12 in
South America.
The seventh continent, Antarctica, is a unique continent with zero
local population. And there is no country in Antarctica. In addition, 7
countries (New Zealand, Australia, France, Norway, United Kingdom, Chile and
Argentina) claim different parts of Antarctica. Just as everyone strives to be
the father of a wealthy orphan, so to do these countries assert their right to
the resource-rich Antarctic.
The world's first and second most populous countries, China and
India, are both in Asia, while Europe is the world's most developed continent.

1.Half in one Continent and Half in other Continent.
There are four countries and five cities around the world, half of
which are located in one continent, half in the other. These countries include
Kazakhstan, Russia, Egypt and Turkey, while such cities include Kazakhstan's
Atyrau, Russia's two cities Magnitogorsk and Orenburg, Egypt's Suez and

There are currently 44 'Land Locked' countries and 4 partially
recognized Land Locked States in the world. A "landlocked" country is
a country whose borders do not touch any sea or whose coastline is located in
the endorheic basin. Simply, countries that are surrounded by the land borders
of other countries and have no sea are called "landlocked" countries.
Kazakhstan is currently the largest landlocked country in the world.

Canada's border with the United States is the longest
international border in the world, with a length of 8,890 km. The world's
second longest international border is 6,846 km between Russia and Kazakhstan,

Facts about Countries
Nauru
is the only amazing country in the world that has no official capital. It is
the third smallest country in the world in terms of area and the second
smallest in terms of population, once known as "Pleasant Island",
which is on the world map without capital.

small country of just 468 square kilometers and a population of just over
77,000, travelers have to fly south of France or north of Spain. Arrive in
Andorra at the world's largest international airport, Barcelona (Spain), or
Toulouse (France).
8.No Any River Flow
This sounds strange, but in reality there are some countries in
the world where no river flows. Of course, these are mostly desert countries,
where the sources of rain and water are scarce, and there is not enough water
to form a real river or stream. Furthermore, in some of these countries the
rivers are very small or have only seasonal water flows, which cannot be
considered as technically permanent rivers.

completely illegal.

Well, every country in the world has a national anthem, but Cyprus
and Austria are two unique countries in the world that have no national anthem
of their own. New Zealand and Denmark are two countries that have not one but
two national anthems.
